Hoops Balls Raquets and Fun....Hoops!

Allison and Samuel had their first "Hoops, Balls, Raquets, and Fun!" class today! They LOVED it! These are pictures from the "hoops" part of the class. Samuel LOVED jumping like a frog through the hoops! You could hear a little voice echoing "Ribbit!" throughout the whole room! Very cute! And Allison is SUCH a big sister leading her little brother right along!

Shivers

The kids' new favorite place to go for dinner is Shivers. They LOVED eating on the train...the only trick for US was actually getting them to EAT on the train instead of PLAY on the train!

Allison and Kenzie have another matching outfit! Grandma bought them this one. Samuel got a Thomas The Train pajama set, but had already changed by the time I took pictures. I'll post his the next time he wears it.

Driving Uncle Chad's COOL car!

Samuel LOVES anything to do with cars, loud noises, or big machines. My brother, Chad, has a red sporty Firebird. Samuel LOVES driving it! When we took him out of it, he was SO mad! The whole way home, he was in the back seat mumbling "No mommy's car! Want UNCLE CHAD'S CAR!" It was really cute!

No doubt as soon as he's old enough he'll be joining Grandpa, Uncle Chad, Uncle Gary, and Uncle Russ up at "the shop" to fix cars!

Playing at Arctic Circle

It was a rainy day, and the kids wanted to go to the park, so we went to good ole Arctic Circle. The kids had a blast!

NKOTB tickets!

Yep, that's right! Katie and I are going to New Kids On The Block concert on November 15th at the E Center! Do you really think we wouldn't go?! We got our tickets yesterday. Because we're poor, we got the crappiest seats available, but we're still SO excited to be going! The last time we saw NKOTB in concert was September of 1990....or was it 1991? I can't remember. I think we were 12 then! I'll have to pull out my journal from that day and re-read it. It would be funny! I asked Allison if she wanted to go with us, and she said "No mom! I would be too embarrassed!" She is definitely Russ' daughter! Anyway, we're really excited to go and scream like 12 year old girls, even if we are on the very back row! We'll outscream everybody! :)

Gardner Village Beach Party again!

We've been hired again to DJ the Gardner Village Midnight Madness Beach Party! We are SO excited! We DJed it last year, and had a BLAST! SO.....mark your calendars for Saturday August 16th 2008 from 6pm to Midnight. Come find us at our DJ booth and say hi! We will be playing lots of fun summer and beach songs! Over 95% of the events we DJ in a year are weddings, which we love, but we always look forward to the Beach Party at Gardner Village!

Davy Crockett to the rescue

Allison was scared of all of the birds flying out in the backyard (LONG LONG FUNNY STORY of why she's scared of birds......ask me why later! ).......and Kisses was barking at them, which scared her even more, so Samuel went in his bedroom, got on his racoon hat and cork gun that Grandpa got him, and came to the rescue! He said "Allison, Samuel shoot birds!" It was SO SO SO Stinkin' cute, I HAD to take a picture!
